The app may require you to provide State and District information. This is necessary to personalize your experience and display relevant local content (e.g., posts). Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. 6. Ownership and Intellectual Property The App is licensed. All intellectual property rights in and to the App (including source code, user interface, and content) remain with Simplium Technologies LLP or its licensors. 7. Updates and Modifications We may release updates, upgrades, or bug fixes. These are governed by this EULA unless accompanied by a separate agreement. We are not obligated to provide support or maintenance. 8. User Data and Privacy We collect and use data according to our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to our collection and use of data as described in that policy. 9. Third-Party Services The App may link to or rely on third-party services (e.g., Google Maps, payment gateways). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. 10. Termination This EULA is effective until terminated. We may terminate it at any time if you fail to comply with any terms. Upon termination, you must delete the App and cease all use. 11. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Simplium Technologies LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the App. 12. Governing Law This Agreement is governed by the laws of Maharasthra, without regard to conflict of law principles. 13. App Store Terms This EULA is between you and Simplium Technologies LLP, not Apple or Google. However, you must also comply with the applicable terms from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by this EULA. |
